To Open A Trouble Ticket

  • Log into your Control Panel.
  • Select "Support" from the navigation.
  • Select the "Make a Ticket / Open Ticket" link/button.
  • Select the appropriate department if prompted.
  • Enter the subject of your issue in the "Title / Summary" field.
  • Select a Priority if desired.
  • Enter a complete description of your issue in the main body section including any relevant error/informational messages.
  • Add any relevant attachments.
  • Click the "Submit / Open Ticket" button at the bottom of the page.
